Gideon's Bakehouse

Okay....WOW. After the first bite there was no doubt in my mind that Gideon's Bakehouse makes all of their cookies with a ton of happiness and a side of chocolate. Well maybe this isn't completely accurate, but I know I can't be that far off. These cookies are unforgettable in the best way and in every way possible.

I got the Pistachio Toffee Dark Chocolate Cookie and it was UNBELIEVABLE. Just the name alone is loaded so imagine what it tastes like! I'd describe it as the size of my palm but I'm only 5'2 so that's not telling you much at all. You're gonna have to take my word for it when I say it was a nice sized cookie that's definitely worth your money. They sell out of these cookies quite often if not daily so that should tell you a lot about the quality here. You can also find Peanut Butter Crisp, Candied Walnut Chocolate Chip, and a few more cookie varieties at Gideon's. They also sell cakes (Red Velvet, Cookies and Creme, etc) if you don't enjoy cookies!

Price: Around $4-5 per dessert/cookie they offer and if you want to purchase an entire cake then of course the price goes up dramatically.

Decor: It's more of a walk-up venue since it's located in the East End Market. (More details about the East End Market coming soon to Living Not Loathing so stay tuned!)

Dress Code:N/A

Occasion: It's ALWAYSSSSSS the right time for dessert.
