Buttermilk Bakery

Buttermilk Bakery is everything I hoped it would be and more. The pastries, the food, even the way the outside seating is arranged is just fantastic. Everything about this venue is just right, not too much and not too little. It was peaceful enough to allow me to study for a while during my visit and that's something worth mentioning considering spots like this can be hard to come by. If you happen to go when the weather is nice out, then I can almost guarantee your day will get a lot better after your visit here (especially if you have their cookies which are to die for).

First, let's discuss their cookies. The cookies were so good I'm pretty sure I started having dreams about them. Okay, not really but I can still recall vividly how good they tasted.

I also had the avocado toast which I would also recommend because not all restaurants do well with this dish. You don't know how disappointed I am when a simple dish like this isn't executed well, but thankfully Buttermilk Bakery did very well! This is a solid menu item. 10/10.

Price: I would say this location is somewhere in the middle. Not cheap, but also not pricey, so we'll call it reasonable. If you plan on getting a dish `and several pastries then your total will add up quick, but if you go just for the desserts, you won't end up forking over too much cash.

Decor: Inside: Simple and clean, not too much happening. Outside: Also simple, but I love it so much. There's three small tables that can seat two, one larger one that seat about six, and some pretty cool cacti to pull it all together. If the weather permits, I highly recommend grabbing a table outside.

Occasion: Really great for breakfast and lunch. Also if you want something that tastes good on a limited schedule, you'll definitely want to stop by.

Dress Code: N/A. Come as you are.
